new here looking for a little help if possible..........
does anyone know the time frame a chargeback/dispute must be filed with paypal?
i purchased an item via cc thru paypal and there is a problem. looks like the seller is going to try and jerk me around. i just wanted to try and get my ducks in a row if i have to file a dispute with paypal. i want to be sure time does not sneak up on me. thanks ion advance

My Visa user agreement says I must file a dispute with my card issuing bank within two months of the purchase. When I have done a chargeback before (not eBay or Paypal related) I had to fax a statement saying I disputed the charges.
