On 10/15 I had an auction end Buy It Now. I've been away from the computer until today, when I sent out my End of Auction on the BIN items. I recieved this reply from one of my buyers:

Hello,

Thanks for the bid but i received a an email from you at the email address of XXXXXXXXX@XXXXXX on 10/17/01, fo rthe amount of 14.99 and to send it to an address in Canada? Not Florida, for the same ebay number. Please re-email me and let me know whats going on and where to send this money order cause i have it ready to go.

Thanks

Now, I have a competitor who sells a lot of the same photos I do, who's ebay name is the exact same as the username of the email address...

My question is, WHO should I contact at Ebay about this? I know it won't do any good, but I still want to TRY to file a complaint...

Send email to [email protected] -- I'm not sure how much good it will do, but I believe that's the official email address for complaints of that type.

What a really underhanded thing to do! How did the competitor get your bidder's email address? Is it the same as the bidder's eBay ID?
