This is the letter I received today.

Beginning in late October, the Checkout function on eBay will
make it easier than ever for buyers to purchase eBay items. There
will, however, be a few changes in the way you list and buy with
eBay Payments. First, you'll note that our name has changed to
eBay Payments. Second, Instant Purchase has been replaced by
Checkout Details. In addition, you'll find eBay Payments in the
Payment Methods section of the Sell Your Item form. So, if you
wish to accept credit cards and electronic checks through eBay
Payments, make sure to include Checkout Details and list with
eBay Payments.

For Buyers, you should be able to pay for your items with eBay
Payments just as easily as you do today. If your seller listed
with eBay Payments, instead of clicking on the "Pay Now!" button,
you will need to click on the new "Checkout" button on the listing
page and choose eBay Payments to initiate payment.

To help you better understand these specific changes, we have
added detailed FAQs in our Help area. Please go to
http://www.billpoint.com/help/index.html for more information on
listing and buying with eBay Payments and Checkout. If you have
any questions, please free feel to contact us at
[email protected].

Warm Regards,

I think it should be called "bite me now"
I dumped the letter, and just feel another layer between me and the client and another fee sneaking on in.
Brack!
