I use clickstamps to print postage, (my ebay packages seem to get delivered much faster now)& they require 5164 compatible labels. They are quite expensive everywhere I have looked. Anyone here have a cheap source? Thanks

These guys are the cheapest I've found and they have great customer service too. They answer email questions quickly.
I believe thier 6up 4x3-1/3 size is what you are looking for.
While you're at it, switch to Endicia - a vastly superior online postage provider. With Endicia, you can do international postage and get free online delivery confirmation.
