Asking for some feedback.
I had a auction end,the buyer says send the amount for shipping, they live in Canada,First I put on my auction I don't ship outside the US, but if someone bids I don't say no,They reply they don't want to pay the shipping amount, could they just send the bid amount and I keep the item,if I wanted to keep them I wouldn't sell them.they send the money.Would you give them a Positive or a Neutral.
Thanks for your imput.

Since they paid for the item, donate the item to a charity and give buyer a positive.

What better bidders could you ask for??? I would love to get them to buy some of my items. I would give them the greatest positive feedback possible.

Buyer paid for the item and tells you to keep it, allowing you to sell it again.

And the problem is ...?

(No neutral -- give 'em the positive they paid for)
