Has anyone else tried to list with Mister Lister tonight? I got 2 errors:
The first was saying that IPIX was not working, and I should either try later or take the photos out and try again (yeah, like I really want to list without photos).
The other error said something like make sure you're connected to the internet. Well, that can't be the problem because clearly I am. There was a suggestion in another thread before to uninstall Mister Lister and re-download and install it. I did that. And I am still getting the same 2 errors... Anyone have any ideas?

You should never use IPIX. It sucks as a service, images are horrible and creates ML problems. Also, it is expensive. You can easily get cheaper space and host your pictures for far less.
There are also far more reliable service than the ML product. If you do only use the email portion of the product, you are okay. That works great. However, the ML composer is just not reliable. How much time have you wasted downloading and reinstalling?

I don't use Mr. Lister Composer, I send my batches via web form on my site. [This is great because I get to see ALL the auctions on one pop-back cgi page, and can check for errors!]
There does seem to be a problem on eBay's end, because my batches are not showing up [it's been an hour so far]. I've seen this problem before, don't like it, but it will clear-up soon.

Hello fellow Auctionwatchers.
Morgantown, can you go into more detail about the cgi web form you use? I've been dreaming about some way to re-use all the pre-written text I've got & have this pre-written text somehow enter Mr Lister using some type of html "bullet list" that I just need to click on. I apologize if I haven't said this clearly. For example, I have multiples of some things, and for a long time I've been cutting & pasting that old text into Mr Lister. What I'd really like is some way to create a huge html web page list that shows
all my inventory, and I merely click on the needed text and it's automatically inserted into Mr Lister.
But if there's a better way, I'd definitely be interested. Because although my current method of cutting & pasting old text into Mr Lister is a shortcut, something keeps telling me there's got to be an even better way.

I have free web space with my ISP, and I have uploaded some pics, but for some reason even though I believe I have the correct URLs cannot get it the pics to show in my eBay listings. Keep getting the "x" boxes.
kidsfeet - I think you're probably right. I tried again this morning, and the batch went through to eBay and I thought everything was okay. Then I got an e-mail stating that there was a multitude of errors in the batch. I don't know what else would all of a sudden cause all kinds of errors. And I don't see that the version I just downloaded last night has anything to do with checkout as it has nothing about checkout included in the program. Way to go, eBay. You think the first thing they would do when they add another stupid service is to make sure their listing programs are compatible! It's not rocket science...

Hmmmm, me too. I have not listed for a month or so and decided to try tonight. I am able to fill out the listing window UNTIL I get to the last part of the category choices and then I get a "runtime error window" pop up and when I click ok it takes the whole program DOWN and closes it out. Happened 3 times. Anyone else getting a runtime error??? I suppose it has to do with the latest improvement.
