I have a relative's china, tons of place settings, which I'm sure she always called something like Bridal Wreath or Wedding something. I've just searched in that ebay category (Franciscan pottery) and don't see it anywhere.
If you have a book on Franciscan, could you check and see if my memory is true or faulty? The pattern itself is creamy white with a silver border that has a pattern within the border. Thanks in advance!

No Franciscan pattern starting with the word Wedding or Wreath. Only one starting with bridal is Brides Bouquet but that has pink flowers. No other patterns with Bride, bridal, or wedding. there is one with wreath but it is not like you described.
Put up a picture and I will see if I can identify it for you.

I have a Franciscan book. No pattern called Brides Wreath. Nothing with the word wedding. Brides Bouquet is white with a small red floral border.
This book is 136 pages with more than 100 patterns. If you post a picture I'll try to find it. It sounds like Arabesque or Acadia, but I need a picture. Could your Aunt have been referring to a pattern type as opposed to a pattern name? Some people call patterns with gold or silver concentric circles or wreaths Wedding Ring, or Brides Wreath, or a similar variation.

Thanks, guys! I can't put up a picture tonight, and we're packing to move to another state so I'll be pretty busy until we're through. I'll pursue this later on. (It is puzzling, though!) ~Adele
