Got a winning AOL bidder with an invalid email, keeps bouncing back. when this happen in the past I request user info and give'em a ring but this is a 10 buck item and unless they live down the street from me it's not worth the price of a LD call. Any suggestions? Bear in mind I don't want a neg from this newbie for not contacting within 3 days and we all know how understanding zero feedback users are.
Thanks
Tim

My standard suggestions:
1. Try sending using a different ISP. AOL may be blocking yours. If you don't have a second ISP, get a friend on another ISP to forward it for you.
2. Try sending using "send this auction to a friend" on ebay.
3. Make sure nothing in your subject could be mistaken for SPAM & bounced.
4. If it continues to bounce, then contact SafeHarbor & put "INVALID EMAIL CONTACT" in the subject line. If they can't contact them either, they'll bounce the person.
Usually my 4th suggestion is to call but you've already stated you don't want to do this.
