I have found the CSRs to be very helpful at C2it.
Like you, I went to C2it as an alternative for PayPal. When it works, it's great. I think they could give the other services a run for their money if they could just improve the sign-up process. With so many sellers no longer accepting BP and PP, customers seem quite willing to give C2it a shot (at least mine have been), and it's frustrating when they can't register or use the service. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it.
Eventer, if you read this, I loved your 'sig' line and am copying it with admiration!

If you are on AOL you have to access c2it from AOL. YOu can't sign in thru c2it.com. Must be some kinda kickback system between the two going on.
