For everyone who has the same prolem, please, I urge you to email a/w and get them to fix this NOW! It is osting us a boatlaod of already razor thin profits! Here is the email I sent to them:
I emailed you last week about the problem with the relisting problems with eBay and your sevice concerning ebays checkout feature and the lack of the shipping terms in it. It applys to ALL auctions launched through your service. You told me you were going to "roll out" some type of fix on 11/5, I have received no email from you, nothing on your site, no updates on a/w pro or manager..I am paying for a service I am not receiving. I will not stand for this! AND you have lied to me. I want an explanation of when and how this is going to be fixed now! and I want a credit for all of the shipping costs I have lost due to your apparant ignorance or lack of customer retention ability. I figure at least $50.00 and counting..and that's just in 4 days! You emailed me and said it would be fixed and it is not.What the hell is going on here? Should I take my business elsewhere?

AW did Roll out the check out feature yesterday
you have to go to your my account go into your ebay settings and turn the check out feature on and it will show up next time you go to create a new listing or edit before you relist..
it is by default set to not use check out feature so it wont show up inless you go and set it on hope this helps ...
