Hi, I had a dutch auction close last night, with the auction stating size MEDIUM sweatshirt, neither of the bidders want a medium size, what is with people this week, ---must be my week for them,-- one of the bidders sent me these emails--{1} Hi I won one of your auctions for the the Tony Stewart pull over jacket. I thought the page said it was a large.. Now I see that it is Medium.. Do you have a large? I cant use a medium.. but I really want the jacket.. Please let me know.....
Thanks so much...
I don't see how I missed that...
Let me know what sizes you have.. I actually could use the xl if you have it....
{2}I hate to bother you guys but I am trying to do the Pay Pal with this and I keep getting an error message saying that you link is broken.
If it is going to be this hard to do Please cancel my order...I don't want negative feedback but this has been really confusing to me.... thank you... Please let me know what I am to do to keep from a negative feedback from you...

----MY answer, I sent her the paypal address, www.paypal.com and told her what she needed to do, each and every step. {3}I cant get the link to work. I have been on pay pal all afternoon to get the money sent but it will not accept????? what should I do????
any help on how I should handle this person, I have now sent her a request for payment,---soubds like she has buyers remorse, does it to you, maybe it is time for a long long vacation. ```` sorry so long, ``` Thank you Terrilee

Paypal can be "too busy" (especially during the day) so have her try again later. Then I'd wait two days to see if she sends paypal.

She won't pay. She'll tell you she'll send money in the mail and you'll wait and wait; you'll send her another email, and wait and wait. Forgot about it, just file a FVF refund, and neg her for non-payment, but wait 10 days.

Actually, I've had 2 buyers send me emails saying the link for paying on paypal would not work. I do tend to believe them, because one of the two that was trying to send via paypal paid through paypal within 24 hours of auction close.

I would give the buyer benefit of the doubt and wait to see if she pays the request you sent her.
