I just have to cry a minute. My first negative after almost 2 years and 800 transactions. I knew it would happen but still...It was as stupid vintage scarf that had some small stains, which were CLEARLY stated in the auction, with FIVE pictures. They complained, I offered a FULL refund and told them to send it back. Never heard a word, and a month later they neg me! Nice chistmas present!

Sounds like the buyers didn't read your description and squinted at the pictures with their rose colored glasses on. Sorry about your cherry. Some buyers are the devil's own and nothing will change that. Attach a comment to their unfair feedback and have an extra egg nog. Good Yule!
