I have a few books listed on Half.com, but when I check those titles by searching, I
don't see my user name listed with the books
for sale. I think I am at the bottom of the heap. Should I delete my listings and relist to get them higher on the ladder? I feel that when new sellers list the same titles, mine are moved down. What do you think?

The books are listed by price within each condition rating. Only the 4 lowest prices within each condition are shown on the first page.

Are there a lot of books listed for each title?

Yes, some of the titles have quite a few listings. I didn't check them all, only a few but I was disappointed when I couldn't see mine listed on the first page.

homestead7, you have to lower your price to get in the top 4 of each condition level.

the lowest price books will be sold if buyer will accept the condition of the books, then your books will move up in rank.no sense playing the lowballing game, unless you need the money soon.

It depends on how fast the books tend to sell. If they are slow movers, you might lower your price to get money to buy something that sells for more. There's enough slow moving book inventory as it is.
