He must either had farmers harvesting emails off the 2nd tier sites or he is paying those sites owners to sel or rent their member lists.
I got that email to at an address I only use at a couple 2nd tier sites and nowhere else.

Well, I got two. One to my main ebay account and one to a 2nd ID that I cannot list from because ebay says I am registered but I for some reason cannot use it. If ebay is selling our email addresses I think that is very poor and if eBay isn't selling them who is? Mystery time...
