Ok, I have been using c2it for about 7-8 months. YES it does have it's problems. But this one is UNREAL!
I have accepted the fact that they can not (will not) tell you who your referral $ are from so you can thank them.
I have accepted the fact it takes 2-3 weeks to get the referral money.
BUT I WILL NOT ACCEPT the fact that I transfer a payment to my c2it account ( pick up a payment made to me) and I have to wait 24 HOURS before I can withdraw it!
At 10:30 MST time I discovered it would not let me withdraw my $65.30 ( said I did not have that much) I call the 800 number. Of course the CSR new nothing and I spoke with a supervisor, who said - We are updating the system, it was not updated all weekend due to a system error. Said they up date nightly midnight - 2 am Eastern time.
OK, I wait. Now at 1:30 MST (1 1/2 hours after I updating should be done) I try again. I now show a different balance but still not the $65.30, I try to withdraw anyway. Does not work. I call. The CSR could not even figure out why I thought I should get $65.30 - I explained until she finally got it. I explained what I was told earlier. She said I have been misinformed, updating goes on til 6 am, and that I just have to wait. She also said that since I picked up (or moved) the money during the update, I may have to wait until the update that starts at midnight on the 15th is finished to withdraw my money.
NO! NO! NO!
She also told me there is no c2it supversor on duty from midnight to 6 am.
SO tell me what good is 24 hour service that you can not even leave a message for someone to return your call and the CSR have not a clue about the site. I learned from one of them lomg ago they have a quick reference book and if the answer is not in there they make it up!
ANYONE else having this problem, withdrawing their money?
