On November 2 2001 I requested that money be transferred from PayPal account to my bank account.
Some three months later the money has yet to be acknowledged by HSBC,my bank in London.
I have written to PayPal on numerous occasions and so far, they have failed to resolve the matter.
They said that I would have to wait 30 days after the transaction before they were able to initiate a trace on the funds. I was then asked to fax a copy of my bank statement, proving that I had not received the money. Now they simply say that they have not had a reply yet to their trace enquiries.
Is it a complicated proceedure to trace funds sent? Is it that I am just impatient?
Has PayPal lost the plot as far as customer service is concerned.
