Hi
when both parties agreee not to complete the tranasction how can I file fvf without first sending the payment reminder and waiting 7 days ?
Everytime I try to file fvf it tells me I have to send npb alert first

it's more trouble than it's worth, so i don't even bother.

Just file the way you normally would. But at the choice of reasons select ( both partys agreed to cancell) or words to that sort. you will be credited right away. But they will send and Email to other party to verify.

It's no trouble at all and it's immediate.
You do this all at the NPB alert page.
