How do I send a payment reminder? When I click on it, it sends me to My eBay.

It starts you close to the right place -

Once you're at "My Ebay" select the "Selling" tab. Go to the bottom and find the "Items I've Sold" tab. Each completed auction has a "Payment Reminder" icon that you can click on to do exactly that.

Scroll down to the ITEMS I HAVE SOLD section and next to each one is an icon for Payment Reminder.

You may have to increase the number of days seens from 2 to see older stuff.
