Hi,
I signed up for auctionwatch few months back,
Didnt like the fees so I asked AW to close my account, few days ago I wanted to open
A new one, when I typed in my
ID it told me that the ID is already in use
(by me, in the closed account)
Didnt think much about it and I changed it to this one, today I tried to fill
Out my sellers info with my eBay selling ID and the system told me that the ID is already taken (by me!)
I dont want to change my eBay ID,
I emailed AW help desk but that might take a while, I wanted to post tonight,
Any suggestions?
I guess when they closed down my first account they didnt clear any of the information,
(btw, when I try to login with my old info
It tells me that the user doesnt exist)
Any ideas how to get my old one back or
Start the new one with my eBay sellers
id?
(they let me register AW name but the seller ID I have on eBay is the problem- the system thinks it's already taken)
