Today I filed for final value fee credit on a non-payer. Then when I went to file negative feedback I found the buyer was NARU.

If my credit was the buyer's third, were they NARU'd that quickly? I miss the warm feeling of leaving that negative. Obviously they're gone and that's the idea, but still...

"Can I pay you after Christmas?"

"Sure, I was kind of surprised that it falls on December 25th this year, too."

Yes, if you file FVF first that may NARU the non-payer right then. You should leave the neg. first, then FVF. If you do file FVF first and they get NARU'd it may be a temporary NARU so when that ends they will show up on your pending feedback list in the feedback forum.

They no longer have temporary NARU's New Policy Permanently bans you after 3 FVF from different users are filed.

O.K. maybe now I understand how someone can have many negatives and still not be NARU'd. You have to file the FVF in order to get rid of them?

Yes, if three different sellers file FVF claims against the same buyer, that account gets permantently suspended. It's a much more efficient method of ridding ebay of deadbeats than through feedback - which must reach negative four AND be reported to ebay in order to get the account suspended.

No, 3 is NOT harsh!

As for what they should do?

Well, they should have paid. If not, they should stay the f*%# away!
