i have a refund button next to a payment i got from one of my aauctions never seen this befor does this mean they want there money back?
also i have a Transaction pending it been like that for a week it was money i spent
and i know it should not still be pending i have email and tryed to call paypal biut never get any help anyone have a phone#on them the one on there webpage doesn't work

The refund button is a new feature added last night. If the payment isn't the right amount, you aren't comfortable with the payment, or you just changed your mind you can simply refund the payment and it goes back to the buyer. It's like the payment never happened if you click that.

transaction pending-your merchant has to fax a request to have it removed.
but you said you have already received the service/product from the merchant,so it is really between the merchant and paypal.
