I have an order and I discovered that the book was listed in the wrong catagory (hardcover, istead of soft).
I'm planning to cancel the order, but I'd like to contact the buy and tell them why.

Go to the item in your sales list and click report a problem if you have already confirmed it, or just cancel it w explanation if you haven't confirmed it. If you confirmed it, you can probably just tell bidder to cancel it if he prefers, he might just tell you to ship anyway.
