You best believe I do. There's a record of every ebay sale you make. If audited, the IRS can requisition those records, and ebay will comply. Better to report it now than to have the IRS discover it on their own and come asking questions.

Are you doing this as a hobby or do you rely on the income to pay bills? Hobby would mean you profited less than $600 last year. If you made more... start filing. I know someone who was busted a couple years ago for doing internet business and it wasn't a pretty site.

Yep, I report every penny of income, AND I take all applicable deductions. And even if I didn't, I certainly would not post about it on a public board where anybody and everybody could read about it...including any enemies I might have and the occasional IRS agent.
