Trying to launch an auction I've come up with an AW message Unable to locate user luids error 1000. Now I can't even access our AM page. Has anyone had this happen to them and what is it? Help would be appreciated - today's going to be a busy listing day, or was supposed to be! Thanks!

Me too. Never saw it before. I just posted an inquiry on the AMPro board below (in AW Services section). Suggest you do the same.
The AW team is usually very quick to respond.
