Anyone know what type of blue green stone this is?

Looks pretty wild, which would suggest that it's fabricated. Maybe mixed glass?

It might be hematite or azurite? Not sure, but those spring to mind along with malachite and lapis......

While it is hard to tell from just a photo, I would guess fabricated azurite. Comes in block form and is then cut.
