No one is filling out the WBN information and returning it from Auction Watch. The only way I am getting responces is resending it over and over. I see by my post auction information that the information was sent out. What is the % of your completed invoices.

A suprising number of bidders hate the WBN process and simply ignore it. They would prefer Checkout or an eoa direct from the seller rather than going to an unfamiliar site (to them) to fill in personal information.

90% of my buyers fill out the form and if they dont I dont worry about it. I wouldnt send it over and over again though...too pushy.

Almost invariably, those who don't fill out the form are on AOL. The form apparently does not come up right in AOL, and bidders either fail in their attempt to use it or just give up.
I hardly use the AW WBN anymore but I did revise it. I did an experiment one day and sent myself a WBN and noticed that after going through several clicks to get anywhere..I was annoyed. I now use my sig. file as my WBN. Its to the point and easier for everyone.

I revised my WBN to give the option to the buyer of filling out the AW's WBN or, if they'd prefer, to use eBay checkout/Billpoint or click on my pay instantly with Paypal button on my auction page. Billpoint and Paypal already have shipping addresses on file, and although filling out an address seems like no big deal, I like to give the impression that I'm more concerned about the buyer's convenience than my own. (Thinking long term - hoping for repeat business).
