Hi Folks.... Paid for an item with paypal on feb. 5th the amount was over 450.00 Two days later I sent an e-mail to seller asking when I can expect the item to be shipped... A day later I get e-mail from seller saying the funds are not in his account....Well this is hard to believe because Paypal says the funds were Paid.....My account shows where it was paid on the 5th of Feb. This seller is very slow answering e-mail.... What do I do Now??????? The only way I can get my money back is if the seller pays the amount back to my Paypal Account....What a mess!!!! I Told the Seller that the funds are in his account.....Still Waiting...

Did you verify the email address that you paid the funds to? I had a similiar situation with a buyer - he left out one letter of my email address - he paid, but I didn't receive. He found the problem and corrected it, I received payment and made shipment. If you did verify the address, I think you might be stuck. Best of luck.

Sounds like an e-mail error.Double check that address and I bet , by accident you left off a dot or had some typo. call paypal and have the transaction # ready and they can help you fix it. 1-800-836-1859

My email address is not my ID (another email address) and even tho' I make a point of this in every mail people still pay to the wrong address. Hope that is your problem.

And. . . what's with those folks who have an underlined blank space in the middle of their e-mail addresses--a space that doesn't show up when ebay underlines the e-mail address so we'll be sure to see it?!!! Or small letters that could be j's or q's or i's? When some of these elements are underlined by ebay, it's impossible to read them. I recently had a buyer with a 0 in her address. Couldn't tell if it was a capital O or a number zero. When it was finally straightened out, she said yeah, lots of people have trouble with this. I'm thinking (but too much of a lady to say it out loud),but then, ma'am why wouldn't you CHANGE your e-mail address?!

Why would anyone type in the email address? Just cut and paste the correct email and put it in the email address line.
