A lot of buyers use those email domains. I would never block them with a spam filter - that's asking for miscommunication and non-communication which tends to result in lost sales and negative feedback.
Case in point: I once sent an EOA email to my high bidder through my regular email account. I later got an email back saying that my email had gotten rejected because my ISP was listed in his spam filter. That notification reached me 10 freakin' days later. I was able to bypass his spam filter with my Hotmail account, but the point is spam filters do nothing but get in the way with communications. I hate spam as much as the next guy, but spam filters are like building a wall between you and and your buyers.

You'll be putting a lot of limits on yourself if you do. Many legitimate users use these accounts for a variety of reasons.

I agree spam is annoying. However,
blocking e-mail from three very highly used
sites could pose problems.
I have been selling on ebay (mainly as a
hobby and not a full-time job, though my volume has been increasing) for over 3 years. In this
time my primary ISP has changed 3-4 times.
I decided using a hotmail account for ebay to avoid having to change ebay info. constantly.
Aside from that, using web-based e-mail has allowed me to easily (in most cases) check my e-mail and respond to questions when I am away from home. This was great when I was with family during the holidays.
Finally, I have noticed that a fair amount of my customers also use AOL, Hotmail, or Yahoo.
If they were unable to contact me this would pose obvious problems especially if they were a winner.
As someone who is more familar with e-bay,
I would be persistant if I was unable to contact a seller whose auction I had won.
However, many newbies might just give up.
You might think they were "deadbeats" and they probably would not think highly about
you either especially if feedback was involved.
Spam is a pain, but I think your solution might cause problems.
