This makes more sense to me. I believe combining would have been a mistake, since it probably would have been turned into Ebay Stores. I know they charge a fee, so I think most half.com business would go away or go elsewhere. I like Yahoo Warehouse a lot, but too bad there is no activity there. I sold one book right when I first listed, then nothing at all.

This is wonderful news. Half works so well for fixed price selling, sort of like a BIN without any pretense of auction. There are many buyers who just don't like auctions.

I was more worried about customer contacts with the blending of the sites more than anything else.

I use my contacts with MY customers at every opportunity to garner more business and timely improve customer service.

Customer relations at Half com are totally at the mercy of eBay's system.
