When I go in to change my template I always get an illegal operation and then it shuts me down. Any suggestions what I can do. I sure would like to use the new ones. Thanks

Libra63, if your using the new Sales manager business edition I think its only able to use one template - You can post on AW services board under the service topic you are using and a moderator will see it and hopefully give you the real info.

I am sorry I asked the question in here. I thought maybe someone could give me a quick answer to my problem as I felt it was ebay related since I was trying to launch an auction to ebay.
I guess it's like the PayPal threads. Isn't there a special forum for that also, but it seems to end up in here.
Sorry if I affended anyone, just wanted a quick answer, but from now on I will post in the right place. Heaven forbid if someone comes in here and asks a wrong question.

Libra: I believe the Illegal operation" message is given when you have overloaded your computer's memory. You need to know how to clear out temporary internet files, temp files and cookies tio remedy this usually. This is beyond me to explain. It is basic stuff to most computer guys.

Thanks for your information in trying to help me solve a problem with my computer. I called my ISP and they told me to download I.E. 5.5 and that should solve it and it did. Thanks for at least trying to help. and to the other person, take a look at some of the threads in this forum and see just how many aren't ebay related. I feel that this was an ebay related question because it had to do with my trying to launch auctions from AW into ebay.
