Could someone please tell me how to format my pics to prevent users from "right clicking" on it to save it?
I do put a little sign in front of all my items when taking pics but these people resize the image to exclude the pic. I also put text on the image but they seem to be able retouch the photo too.

I'm not sure how to advise on what you are asking......but my suggestion is to email ebay and report them for stealing your images.......if you use AuctionWatch for your image hosting, you can easily find out what auction seller used your photos by going to your account and seeing what images were used and click on the item number and view your image thief's auction......I reported a seller recently that was stealing my images along with sending the seller/thief a piece of my mind for not doing his own work.......

Don't attempt to use the "no right click" script in your auctions. Any user with a little know how can use the veiw/source command in their browser and copy the html to steal your pictures.
I was going to suggest using text on the image itself but it looks like you are already doing that. Possibly if you used transparant text (watermark) accross the middle of the item you are picturing, they would leave it alone.

Just curious what harm it is to you if they are just taking a copy of your pics? I'm sure people have stolen my pics, as long as they don't tag along for the hosting I have less of a problem with it. It's kind of unstoppable, you have no real way of finding all auctions that have had that done, and there is no really good way to stop it. The scripts are worthless, stop only the most novice computer user (the ones who don't know how to save a file to the floppy drive, for example)
Guess I figure since it does no direct harm to me, and I can't stop it anyway, why bother spending energy trying to fight it.

I agree with ahc3. I collect and sell, among other things, postcards and vintage ads, because I enjoy them and selling the duplicates helps subsidize my own acquisitions. I make nice scans of the items I list. If someone wants to download them for his/her personal digital collection, what's the harm? The scans are made at 72 dpi, so they won't print worth a dang, and the downloading doesn't prevent someone who wants the actual item from bidding. I doubt a downloader would buy an item in lieu of downloading if I'd made the image unattractive with a big copyright notice across the scan. I like to think I've made someone happy at no added cost to me. Makes me happy, too, that someone may have made their own slide show or screensaver from my images. Maybe I should get all bent out of shape about it, but there are much worse things to worry about.

There is another problem with the right click code. Just last night I was interested in items form a seller and wanted to look at his other auctions. I went to right click his other auctions to bring it up in another window and got his silly message.
Well I moved on to another seller, no purchase from me.
