I'm currently linking to my AW(the other one)storefront through my WBN's...AW has stated that I should price my Storefront items higher than my BIN now price on ebay....does that make any scense? Why would ebay have a problem with people buying from my Storefront if I don't link from the auction site?

Because all it will take is one buyer forwarding your WBN (with your link to your AW storefront in it) to ebay & you could be in hot water with them.
ebay is atleast a bit more tolerant of websites where the price of the item is higher than your ebay price.
But if it appears you might be trying to drive traffic OFF ebay by enticing people with lower AW storefront prices than your ebay prices...well, ebay can get a bit testy about that.
If that IS your intention, then you must weigh potential income from your AW storefront against the possibility that if ebay were to be made aware, they could suspend you.
Now, only you can make the reward versus risk assessment & decide how you choose to proceed. If you feel the reward is greater than the risk, then leave your storefront prices as they are. If you feel the risk isn't worth it, you might want to adjust your storefront prices. Only you can make this call.

Thanks for your take on it.....right now my storefront prices are higher than BIN ebay but I feel like that is probably costing me sales..
