I usually only deal with the nice computers. The nasty ones have been known to leave negative feedback

I am a network administrator. I have two methods of dealing with nasty computers:

1. BOWS - Beat On With Stick
2. TOBAS - Take Out Back And Shoot

If #1 doesn't work, #2 does.

So, what is your problem?
