I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but it's happened twice this week - not all the time. Someone will do the "ask seller a question" link, and the auction link doesn't come up in the email...so I have no idea which auction they're referring to. Anyone else get this?

It happens quit a bit. I don't know if it is how they send the link or something in their mail system that doesn't send a link or what but it does happen on a semi-frequent basis for me.

It depends on where they link... you can go to "ask seller a question" through clicking on your ID, and get no reference to an auction, or click on "ask seller a question" and get the same page but with the auction referenced.

ss98 you're right,
we had the same problem and we tested all
options, that's what it was

only way to tell is (in some cases)
that if you dont get the link in the email,
check if it was "question from eBay member"
which would mean they clicked your ID, or question FOR EBAY SELLER hich means they clicked "ask seller a question"
