What do you guys do when someone else steals your pictures and/or descriptions????? There are currently 3 auctions (that I know of) up right now that have stolen one or the other from me. It took me a long time to fine tune my auction body so that I could just change the description of the dress. Also I bought all the photography equipment, hired the models, and generally worked my butt off. Now someone comes and steals one or both. I wrote one of them and politely asked her to stop. She NASTILY replied, saying she didn't steal ANYTHING. Funny, our model was sick that day, I had to take her place. The girl in the wedding dress was ME that time. She still denied it!!! What to do????

Find out who is hosting her pics and notify them that the image she is using is actually your property and that she does not have the right to use it.
It might work.

If you can prove to them that the auction picture/description has been copied, then they will end the sellers auction and tell them that copying auctions is wrong. The best way to do this is to refer to your completed auction that previously had this information. I've had ebay cancel probably about 5-6 auctions that others have copied from me, so it does work! Hope this helps!
