Does anyone understand this?
Sounds like, if your title is up to ten characters there is no charge.
then, the charge is from 25 cents to 45 cents depending on how many characters you do have up to 75 characters.
Is this in addition to the standard listing fee?
So, if an item is starting at $9.99, and my title is 40 characters, I will be charged 25 cents for the listing, 25 cents for the title, right? and if it is 75 characters i will be charged 25 cents for the listing and 45 cents for the title (total of 70 cents)?
