I mailed a large package to France express mail and it came back to me with a stamping saying incomplete address and a packet of letters in french that I think say that there is a duty tax of 55 euros due.My buyer paid with billpoint and the address was the same as one he gave me and I addressed the package the same way.I e-mailed the buyer today but he has not responed yet.It cost $76.00 to mail the package express mail. Can billpoint charge me with a charge back if the buyer didn't send a complete address? Can I demand payment for shipping the package again or do I have to eat it?If the buyer refuses to pay for shipping again can I resale the item?

if you do not alter the shipping address on the package and send it back, you may not have to pay again.
just make some lame excuse like - i dont know why it is not delivered, lets try again!!
of course you want to get hold of the buyer first and find out why it is returned.

Hello
I assume buyer paid for lot and postage. I also assume you e-mailed buyer with address provided and details of return. A scan of package with return markings would be nice. Lots over 1 lb are usually looked at by customs. If buyer responds with new correct address ask for postage of second sending. If he (she) backs out refund less expenses and relist. If buyer says address is correct HIS country goofed. Again ask for postage and enclose first sending package so he can take it up with his postal people. If YOU listed wrong address be honest and eat the postage and reship.
