Every day is a learning experience on eBay.
Today was my day to file several FVF's and leave negative feedback for non payment.
One bidder had sent several email over 41 days stating the check is in the mail, etc.
I double checked myself to assure that they had not paid and checked their feedback. They had recently received two negatives for non payment but were still registered users.
I filed my FVF and then went to leave negative feedback. Guess what!!! They were no longer registered.
Guess I was the third person to file FVF. In the future i'll leave the negative feedback first. Not that it matters, but I still wanted to let the world know they had been a deadbeat for 41 days.

As a piece of advice, don't leave a negative before filing for NPB or FVF. You could be getting yourself set up for a retailiation. Leave the feedback after and quietly. If they get NARU'd, then the system has worked and your feedback doesn't matter any more.

I went to file the final step of getting my fees reversed yesterday, apparently I was 2 days early, since it was only 8 days since I filed the non-payment with them. Guess what!!! The 27-day late payment arrived via money order TODAY!! I am so happy, it was just in the nick of time, as rent is due right now...
