I just received a negative from a buyer who is unhappy that the shipping was so high. The shipping was stated in the auction - she lived within 2 hours of me and I offered to meet her somewhere to save the shipping costs. I stated I would charge her 1/2 the shipping costs for gas and time but she would save some money. She declined. I charged the actual shipping costs + my normal 0.75 handling fee all spelled out in the auction. The item was 26 lbs and was expensive to ship. I communicated with this individual twice to verify that she understood the shipping would be high. She agreed to it. Now she leaves a negative because she states the shipping was too expensive. Why do these people bid on items when they think the shipping is too much? I will never understand this.
She loves the item-is thrilled with the price she got it for but I get a negative because she chose to buy a heavy item.

Id return a neg for her stating Unreasonable bidder ship & Handling Posted in the Auction terms. Id also post a reply on your fb and a follow up on her fb page. Tends to discourage similar happenings in the future.
