...at my expense, of course! Amazing what one little typo can do, isn't it? This is my TOS and I just realized that I've committed a major faux pas! Oooops

Item guranteed not to be as described. Buyer pays priority shipping, secure packaging and handling and insurance costs (optional). I accept personal checks but they must clear my bank before I'll ship. MO/ Cashier's checks/e-payments ship immediately. Non-paying bidders will recieve negative feedback, prompt-payers get praises!

I wonder if anyone's noticed?

Saw it right away. You would have probably gotten a few emails with the "not as described" in your TOS

Another thing. I would put the cost of the Priority Shipping as it starts at $3.50 and goes up. I think it should state how much the Priority Shipping will be.

Hi, to be very picky..... Buyer pays priority shipping, secure packaging and handling and insurance costs (optional). ...with the comma where it is it reads that secure packaging and handling and insurance costs are all optional!
How much for each?? Just couldn't resist! LOL

How about the old rule "i" before "e" except after "c". Barbara

Thanks for the linguistic corrections and hints, folks. I was up late the night I put together that little gem. Normally I'm much more diligent than that I see I mispelled 'guaranteed' too, argh :P

Timetraveler, thanks, that's the name of my site and I was at a loss as to what to use for my user name I discovered that late last night when I was proofing one of my auctions. Depending on what I'm selling that little ditty changes from time to time so I'm not sure how many times this is out there I think I got them all though!

I'd have to leave you a negative.

Item was as described, but it was guaranteed not to be. I want my money back!

That's not as bad as one auction I saw. The title read.

"F***y Low Rise Brizilian Jeans....."

Replace the *** with, well you know. Anyway, I emailed the seller and she was so embarrassed.
