petpost	posted on June 9, 2002 12:39:48 PM new Someone bid on my item, then a day later, retracted the bid. I read the explanation, "Not ready to buy at this time." (We're talking about an opening bid of $9.99) I thought eBay tightened down the screws on bid retraction? Is there anything I can do to report this semi-deadbeat? JF
