Hello Everybody,
I am looking for the best all-round, time saving automated auction management program. "All-round" includes customer management, as well as inventory and invoicing. There are so many of them out there it is confusing... plus it is impossible to decide only by what they promise to do, vs what they actually deliver and the pain it takes on the way.
Any recommendation or advice is highly appreciated.

Shooting Star is the best I have ever seen. It does not include inventory but a deluxe version has been annouced for future release that does.

I use Quickbooks for inventory management (also handles my merchant account service as well as taxes), and Auction Tamer www.auctiontamer.com for auction management.
