Not that it really matters because there aren't many bidders but I can't list on either site and no one from ebay responds. Sounds like a major terrorist attack on ebay and they're holding the employees and equipment hostage.

How long will that 100% sell through last? Nothing lasts forever especially when competitors see you making good money. I can't get good enough margins on the constant demand items so I stick to what I have now.

Technical problems vary amongst users and the browsers they use. Wondering why I can't even get an ebay response after two emails in four days.

quickdraw29.

You are correct. 100% sell rates are meaningless unless the profit margin is sufficient. My profit margins are more than triple in the winter months, so I don't even bother to list in the summer months anymore. My time is used more effectively generating income elsewhere through investments and other sales, and focusing on obtaining high end inventory. Plus I leave the computer behind and do some travelling, which is also a means for finding more high end inventory, besides giving me new experiences and moments to treasure. Doing so brings balance to my life. I don't want to be on my deathbed and look back and realize I spent the last half of my life in front of a computer.

Regarding your problem, you have probably already tried everything which has worked for me in the past under similar circumstances, but in case you have not here is the list of my possible solutions to your problem:

1. Switch back and forth betweeen browsers;
2. Upgrade browsers;
3. Sign on with your backup ISP instead of your regular ISP;
4. Run the utilities on your computer and then reboot

Two weeks ago I had no problem getting a quick response from ebay, perhaps their emails aren't getting through. Ebay reported problems contacting users with Hotmail, I don't have Hotmail but could be same problem with my browser.

I'm going to do the flea market where I'll make lots more than on these slow months on ebay.
