I bought a book from a seller at Half.com.
I checked regular auctions on ebay first and the book I wanted wasn't available. This was my first and probably last purchase from half, because of my experience. The seller I bought the book from had an approx.
1000 feedback rating with 2 or 3 negs and a few neutrals, which I reveiwed and was not alarmed.
Here's the bad news, I have'nt received the book in 3 weeks. The seller has CHANGED THEIR NAME AND HAS MADE THEIR FEEDBACK PRIVATE.
They have racked up 50+ negs in the last week. They have no current auctions running.
I don't expect to ever receieve my book, but what I am most concerned about is how can this guy still be registered???? and allowed to do business?? Will he be able to resume business in 30 days under his new name?
Can I post the user name here?
Also, I can't find where to turn in this fraud complaint to ebay. I want to report the problem NOW, not wait 10 for step 1, then a week for step 2 BLAH,BLAH, BLAH.........
