You have most likely seen the banner ads here on AuctionWatch for www.learnebay.com to buy QVC items to sell on eBay. I purchased several pallets of customer returns and was doing well with them. John Clark who runs this then advertised items as brand new with no fallout and this was at a higher price. I ordered 2 of these pallets and when they arrived they were no different then the customer returns. For nearly a month I tried to work this out with no luck. I finally disputed the charges as I used a CC and Paypal. As soon as I did this I received threatening emails saying that I would be sorry for this and I would lose all my money he is holding. He is also watching my auctions and has threatened to get me in legal trouble with QVC for using the name QVC in my ads.
I have made my money on the items I have sold but just wanted to warn others who might be considering dealing with LearnEbay.com and John Clark.

Thanks Mark,
I emailed a bunch of the sellers he lists as customers of his and asked them a bevy of questions... I got some good responses but not enough to make me want to go through with it. The biggest complaints were extrememly slow turn around time...sometimes 6 weeks to get the pallets and that John wouldn't help them when they had complaints. Sorry that it didn't work out for you. I have found that the local auctions are the best way to go.
Good luck!
You are welcome. I think I will be OK as I used credit cards. Yes it does take 4 to 6 weeks to receive merchandise and if there is a problem, you get no help.
