I read this and wanted to be sure people understood. There is nothing on the Ebay site yet about THIS YEARS free day. I don't want anyong to be burned by fees.

Sounds logical, I didn't expect it on the 20th, but on a date which would run the auctions to or through the 4th, which would normally be a SLOW time.
Thanks for the info, I couldn't recall when it was last year.

Do not recall when July 4 was last year but this year it falls on a Thursday so expect a lot of people will take Friday off and make it a 4 day holiday which should make auctions closing on Sunday almost as bad as those closing on Thursday.

Thanks. I'm still watching for the announcement. This is the first year I'm ready for it, and nothing's happening. ugh!
