You can download a small program called Pop-Up Stopper by Panicware at www.downloads.com. It seems to work with Netscape 6.0 and IE but unfortunately if you have it enabled you can not right click and open a new window.

I don't like pop-ups either.

The worst are sites that pop-up 2 or 3 windows and each of those sites pop-up 2 or 3 windows and each time you close a window it pops-up a couple more. Before you know it there are dozens of windows open on your desk top.

How effective could your advertising be if you tick off your potential customers.

I wonder if it stops the links that target "new" windows, and if it stops the frames websites. I would like to stop popups too, but too many sites use these features legitimately...
