This is the worst batch of bidders I have had since I started Ebay!
First the crazy person about a month and half ago, and now I get negged from a person who bid and won my auction. He already had a -1 rating when he won. Then he never sent payment. I emailed several times, then finally I got this email -- "WELL THIS IS UGLY I GOT A BETTER ONE FROM SOMEONE ELCE."
Can you believe that? So then I just went and filed NPB. Then I got another email that said "DON'T WANT THIS"
Then I get up this morning and he has negged me! For what?!
I just went and filed for my FVF credit and then responded in a factual way. Then I left him a factual neg also. (I even goofed up my reply when I meant to type in June 15, and instead put June 1!!)
I can't believe my run of luck. I hope Ebay will remove it because it is obvious that he had no intention of paying. His only intention it seems was to give my feedback rating a black eye.
This has just not been my summer on Ebay at all. I am thinking about taking some time off. Gosh maybe things will get better this fall.

I really believe that summer brings out the crazies. I hope you can get Ebay to refund your commission. As far as the neg is concerned, don't sweat it if you have a good plus fdbck. I have 6 negs over the past 4 yrs., but I have 300 plus good ones & I don't think the negs have hurt one bit.
