Am I looking in the wrong place or does the USPS no longer have the small or large cubes available?

They are still available, but USPS has totally reorganized it's supply site. Go to the main site, and follow 'shipping' then 'supplies' and then 'business' and then just plode through the pages until you find the box you are looking for, or you can search within supplies by the part number of the box (you can find it on a box).
It's not a straight forward (at least in my mind) as it was before, but supposedly they reorganized the supply site to seperate consumer and business ussers.

There are 800 no's. for direct call & fax. They are as follows:
Phone orders 1-800-610-8734
Fax Orders 1-800-270-6233
Tjhere is also another no. for regular customers with a Customer #, it is 800-222-1811. This is the one I use all of the time.

If/when you call to place an order, be sure to tell the clerk that you're not pleased with the "new, improved" web site. When I called recently to place an order, I made my dissatisfaction clear...and the clerk wrote the information down. She said they were forwarding the complaints to the appropriate folks...so maybe there will be an improvement. Of couse, we might see still another increase in the cost of mailing...

This "improved" USPS Shipping Supply site STINKS!
Priority Mail supplies are NOT easy to find, I usually have to do a SEARCH to get tape to come up. Best of all, after you go through all of the pages to checkout, you may get an INTERNAL ERROR and **poof** you're off the site. They have suggested emptying my CACHE, which I have done, and still cannot get my order completed.
I've given up and will just beg my PO counter person for a roll of tape.
They couldn't have made it any harder to get these FREE supplies with this latest improvement. Geez, do they want everyone to ship UPS or FedEx now?

Sometimes the old ways of doing things are better. Place a phone call for your supplies with the USPS.
The # is 1-800-527-1814
If you have an account number have it handy and it takes a couple of minutes to phone in your order.
If you don't have an account number they will give you one. It's really simpler to call in your order.
BTW I have had problems placing an order on line where I didn't get what I ordered, but with a phone in order it's always been correct.

Of course it's hard to find. Why make getting free stuff easy when it costs them money? Why do you think they had the recent rate increase?

Go To http://www.usps.com to shipping and the pop up box will list supplies. Next page has a link at the bottom to Go to Postal Store. In Browse store box go to shipping supplies and pop up box will list Business use. Look on left side of this page for Priority. That takes you to the page to order your free Priority supplies.
They just keep making it harder to find.I think this might take you there

Go to the online Postal Store, place your cursor on Shipping Supplies. Shipping Supplies will expand to Business Use, Personal Use or Post Office. Click Business Use for the fastest delivery. On the next page, you'll see the links for Priority Mail, etc.
You do have to re-register to order supplies through the Postal Store even if you were already registered to order through the old soon to be obsolete site.

I agree with rampaged, East to call I get an order in. Never have a screw up. I use 1-800-222-1811, give the operater my customer no. & she takes my order. Done in about 3 minutes. I don't think I will be using too much USPS supplies from now on.
