greengate	posted on July 2, 2002 09:04:21 AM Its 9am, Paypal is not functioning at a normal speed. Can't send money or move around on the web site. Very very slow to not functioning at all. Checked other sites and everything is working fine so it is Paypal computers not mine. Any update from PayPal would be appreciated.
